In 2019, Michele invested €11m in a UK-based distillery project. The company promised the establishment of an innovative distillery with quality and sustainability at heart. He assisted with the sourcing of bespoke industrial equipment, rectifying operational issues with engineers, establishing relationships with organic suppliers and managing client relations.
Today, Organic Grape Spirit Ltd is a state-of-the-art distillery with a purpose built facility where bespoke spirit creation begins with the highest quality organic ingredients. Then, via revolutionary automated processes, absolute control over every flavour parameter is achieved - using a fraction of the energy of traditional pot distillers.
The result? Consistently exceptional, distinctive spirits. In 2023, Organic Grape Spirit is launching its first organic grape-based spirit: Drylaw™.
